Supported blockchains

Solana first. Multi-chain when it makes sense.

eUSD is engineered as a Solana-native asset at launch. The Token-2022 Confidential Transfer extension is the only production-mature implementation of native token-layer confidentiality on a major public chain.

Solana Mainnet (Phase 4)

The single chain at launch. Token-2022, ZK ElGamal proofs, sub-second block times, and sub-cent transaction fees. Validator network of ~1,000–1,500 independent operators.

  • Token-2022 Confidential Transfer extension
  • Native ZK proof verification (subject to reactivation)
  • Squads v4 multisig governance
  • Jupiter aggregator routing

Ethereum Layer 2 Phase 5 candidate

Under evaluation: confidential extensions on selected EVM L2 networks via canonical issuance or bridge arrangements that preserve the confidentiality and compliance properties.

Sui Phase 5 candidate

Object-based architecture suited to confidential settlement primitives; on the post-mainnet evaluation list.

Monad Phase 5 candidate

High-throughput EVM-compatible chain under evaluation for canonical eUSD issuance with confidential extension support.

Why Solana first.

  • Production-mature confidentiality. Token-2022 with the Confidential Transfer extension is the most production-ready native token-layer confidentiality on any major public chain — already initialized by Paxos on PYUSD as a capability precedent.
  • Performance. Sub-second block times and sub-cent fees make eUSD a credible banknote replacement, not a $50-gas curiosity.
  • Native ZK verification. The ZK ElGamal Proof Program enables the Shielded Liquidity Vault as a native on-chain component, no bridges or coprocessors required (subject to its reactivation).
  • Institutional infrastructure. Custodians, on-ramps, and compliance tooling on Solana have matured into a substrate compatible with EU MiCA requirements.
